my mom is cooler than you (and me). she's heading to nepal on a leave for change project in about a month, and has travelled more of the world than most people.

a couple of weeks ago, phil and i helped amelia out with some renos in her basement suite. she thanked us with this unbelievable three piece set from the antique shop, sellution, she works at up on main and 16th.

peep this: the circle skate jam at garf's

so, even though garf's totally smells like someone barfed on a heating vent and turned it on, it holds a special place in my heart. and the fact that the guys from the circle and everyday whistler set up ramps and a flat bar between the vip booths and the back bar is fucking hilarious.

yesterday i found, hands-down, the best online designer vintage shop ever. totally reasonable pricing, and everything is in such great condition. it's a collectors dream.
