you can get crazy japanese 3-d nail art done at this cool boutique called 'glam' in richmond. pretty much anything you can think of. i'm talking, a bird's nest with a hatching egg, hello kitty everything and rhinestones galore. insanity!!
and you can organize a nail-doing party there too - don't even trip.
